Getting Started:

We've selected the best Headshop products from our worldwide suppliers to create a great range of products which you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We hope that you'll find using our website quick and convenient and we'll guide you safely through the online shopping experience. Your privacy and security is extremely important to us.

These features will help make your shopping experience even easier:

Home page link:

You can get back to our home page at any time by clicking on our logo on the top left of the screen on every page.

Navigation bar:

The names on the navigation bar to the left of the screen are the "departments" of our online shop. If you click on one of these, you'll see a drop-down menu with further product categories within that department. Also to the right you will see pictures of the products in these departments. Clicking on one of those categories or pictures takes you to a new page containing all the products associated with it.

Search box:

The search box is always in the top right corner of the screen. You can search by product or brand name using key words such as the product type.

Checkout:

The number of items in and the subtotal of your basket can always be seen at the top right of the screen. If you click on the “View Basket” link you can see what's in your basket and you can remove items or change quantities in that viewing panel.

Login:

If you create an account with us (click on login), then you can view and amend details on it, and view and track your orders by signing in when you visit the website.

Guest:

You don’t need to create an account to shop with us, simply put in your email address at checkout and then follow the instructions.

Out of stock:

We understand it's frustrating to see that the item you want to buy is out of stock - so why do we continue to show these products when they're not currently available for you to buy?

It's because we believe you'll want to know that we normally stock that item and in case you want to buy it at a later date when more stock's been delivered. We will email you to keep you informed of when we can deliver.

Using Search:

Our Search engine works by checking your search term against all the products currently on the website. It then shows products on the page that may match your query.

You can search in broad terms such as 'bongs', or be more precise, such as 'Darkshot 40cm Bubble Bong'. A generic term like 'bong' may return far too many results for you to sift through; however, 'bubble bong' would give you a much more refined result to look at. From the search results page you'll be able to refine your search by selecting a product.

Payment Options:

We offer various ways for you to pay for your order including: Visa and MasterCard (including pre-paid cards), Delta, Maestro, American Express.

Placing your order:

Once you've found the items you’d like to buy and have added them to your basket you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the “Checkout” link at the top of your screen.

You need to put in your email address, if you have already registered with us simply enter your password. If you don’t want to register and receive all the benefits you can click to continue as a guest.

On the next page please confirm that the delivery address is the same as the registered address for the card you are going to use. If not please click “edit your account details” and change your account address to that of the card you are using. Orders will only be delivered to your registered card address, unless you are a regular customer with an account history, please contact us if you which to have your goods delivered to a different address.

On the ‘delivery options page’ you can alter your order quantities, or continue shopping. If you order is less than the free postage rate you can choose to add more products. Then choose the postage you want and click continue.

On the ‘order summary page’ once again you can review your order and delivery options this is your last chance to make any changes. Once you click continue you will be taken to our payment handlers site.

Follow the instructions to enter your card details, when this process is completed you will be returned the main site.

You will be sent an order confirmation email to say that we have received your order and an email confirmation of payment. When we start to pack your order you will also be sent a confirmation email with details of your order and a tracking number if required.
If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours of placing your order (except on Bank Holidays, Weekends, or other holiday periods), or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, or you have any other questions,then please contact us by email customerservice@headshopworld.co.uk or call us between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday 0845 225 4834.

Changing your account information:

If you wish to change or update your online account information (including your email address, password or communication preferences) simply click on 'My Account or Login’ on the top right of the page. Then click on edit my account and make any changes you wish.

If you would like to subscribe or unsubscribe from our mailing list, then go into ‘My Account or Login’ and click on the ‘Edit my account’ and tick the box not to receive the latest news, offers, and details of products and services.

My order history:

Clicking on ‘My Account or Login’ then ‘Order history’ will show you the all the orders you have placed with us. Clicking on the order no: will allow you to leave feedback for the product and to rate by clicking on the stars.

Forgotten password:

If you have forgotten your password for your account please click ‘Login’ on the top right of any page, then forgotten password. Put in your registered email and click ‘continue’ and an email containing your password will be sent to you.

Change or cancel an order:

We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it.

If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order cancel it completely or return goods to us please contact our Customer Services for advice on 0845 225 4834 Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm.

Refund policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, please call our Customer Service team Monday to Friday on 0845 225 4834.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge; refunds will only be made once we have received the goods and examined them. Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase.

Condition of returns:

It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging.
