Ordering from Headshop World is easy but we have included a few hints below to ensure the process is clear to you
- Browse through the top menu using the drop downs to find your products easily
- If you have any difficulty finding the product you want please enter the description or product code into the search box at the top of the screen. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, drop us an email and we`ll try and source this for you
- Once items have been added to your cart you can view your selected items and the total cost excluding delivery at any time by clicking the basket link at the top of the page.
HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER
- Click on the proceed checkout button on the basket dropdown to process your order
- If you are already a registered customer when you start the checkout process after entering your email address you will be asked for your password to log into your account. We would always recommend registering as a customer as this provides you with extra details about your order and account, you can also subscribe to our latest offers and promotions, alternatively you can checkout as a guest. Don't worry you`ll still be able to receive our latest special offers and promotions, it just means you won't have created an online account.
- If you have any special instructions for us or the courier please use the contact us link in the footer. We will do our best to make sure your instructions are carried out but we cannot always guarantee this.

All orders placed before 3.00pm will be shipped same day. Delivery times are dependent upon location. We`ll let you know ahead of time if delivery times change, our standard delivery time is 1-2 working days unless an upgraded next day delivery service has been chosen at the checkout.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We endeavour to keep all standard items in stock but sometimes demand for some products means that we are out of stock. We will contact you ahead of shipping regarding any products that are out of stock
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
As we dispatch our orders very quickly it is better that you contact us immediately by telephone to cancel an order. The number to call is +44 845 225 4834 if your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our returns policy in the event of unwanted product.
