Returns policy

7 DAY RETURN POLICY

Returned goods which are not faulty or have been sent in error will be credited or replaced. To receive a full refund the goods must be returned to us unused, in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.

Please return your products directly to the following address: Headshop World, PO Box 4850, Sheffield, S11 8FD with the original delivery paperwork.

TERMS AND CONDITION OF RETURNS

  • Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging
  • All returns must have the original delivery note
  • All returns must be sent by an insured, trackable delivery service
  • When your refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method which may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds
  • The 7 day return policy does not apply to items that are faulty/damaged – such items will need to be returned in accordance with our damaged or faulty items returns policy below.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event that you receive a product from us that is damaged during delivery or defective we will be happy to refund or replace at no cost to yourselves. We will issue a full refund (including postage) or a replacement at no additional cost. Please notify our returns department within 3 days of receipt by calling 0845 225 4834 or emailing to customerservices@headshopworld.co.uk
